Sacred Grief Tending

Making room for grief as a natural expression of  love, transformation and belonging.

A Sanctuary for Holding our Sorrows.

Grief asks for time, space, witness, and energy to move it through and transform us. This work offers a compassionate container for the full expression of the losses that shape us—personal, ancestral, ecological, and collective.

Rather than rushing toward resolution, we slow down. We listen to the body, make room for silence, and draw on simple ritual practices that help sorrow be felt and shared.

What this may hold

Sessions and gatherings may include conversation, guided reflection, time outdoors, ritual/ceremony, and practices of remembrance. Each experience is shaped with care for the people present and the place holding us.

This is temporary introductory copy. Details about offerings, timing, and ways to participate will be added as the practice takes fuller shape.

When we welcome Grief in, we open to Full-Spectrum Living!
